Parenting teens in modern times can be challenging due to the pressures of social media, academic stress, and evolving family dynamics. These difficulties often leave parents feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to connect with their adolescents. This workshop series is crucial as it provides a supportive space to learn effective communication strategies, understand teenage development, and build stronger family bonds—skills that are more important than ever in today’s fast-paced world.
