Dear Friends and Relatives of MMS 8th grade students:
The yearbook staff is offering a great opportunity to wish your special 8th grader good luck in high school.
For $15.00, you may include pictures and a message of your choice for a ¼ page ad in the yearbook.
For $25.00 you may include pictures and a message of your choice for a ½ page ad in the yearbook.
Multiple ads for one person will be accepted if space is available. If you wish to have two messages on the same ad, please specify on the order form below.
Please submit only digital photos of high quality and those that are well focused. If resolution is low the image may be fuzzy when printed.
Fill out the form below and write your message(s) in the provided space. Be sure the student’s name is included in the message. Link to Baby Ad Form: https://5il.co/1nsy8
Put the order form and money (checks payable to MMS Yearbook) in an envelope and write “yearbook” on the outside of the envelope. Please email your photos to amedefesser@modoc.k12.ca.us and include the 8th grader’s name in the email. (You will still need to return the order form and money in an envelope for the photo entry).
Return the envelope to Mrs. Medefesser (art room) or the school office by March 3rd, 2023.
