Hello MMS Families, this is Matt McCandless, your Middle School Principal. I’m reaching out to share the importance of our upcoming state testing which begins tomorrow and ends next week. These assessments help us understand your child’s progress and ensure we’re meeting their educational needs. It is important for your student to put their best foot forward in this undertaking, and your support at home makes a big difference! Please encourage your child to get plenty of sleep, eat a nutritious breakfast, and arrive on time with a positive mindset. Reviewing materials calmly and avoiding last-minute stress can also help them feel prepared. Thank you for partnering with us to help your child shine! If you have questions, feel free to call the school. Have a great day!

Don't forget, no school this Friday (March 21).

As you may know, next Friday - October 4 is picture day here at MMS. Lifetouch school portraits will be here taking student photographs for the yearbook and offering photo packages which many of you purchase each year. Friday October 4 is also our purple and white day for our school spirit week - so please keep in mind that these two events will coincide and remember that anything your student wears for spirit week will be reflected in their school portrait. As always, call if you have any questions.
